• Delivery timelines may vary due to remote locations or courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout. Free shipping may be offered on select orders as per promotional offers.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS. Use it to track your shipment on the courier partner’s website.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@vividamor.com so we can assist with a replacement or refund.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
