All online orders with a final cart value of RS.250 or above are eligible for processing.

2. Shipping Timeline

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–7 business days
During special occasions, festive seasons, or sale events, shipping timelines may vary slightly..
Once shipped, our logistics partner will deliver your order within 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

3. Order Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email or SMS as soon as your order is successfully placed.

4. Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available for orders above ₹399.

A shipping charge of ₹80 applies to orders below ₹399.

Cash on Delivery (COD) charges may vary depending on the shipping agency used.

5. Coupon Policy

Please note that only one coupon code can be applied per order. Multiple discounts cannot be combined.

6. Modifications

If you need to modify your shipping address or contact details, please email us at support@vividamor.com

Modifications can only be made before the order is dispatched

7. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

Orders may be canceled by us in cases of stock unavailability, incorrect product/pricing information, or technical issues.

If you no longer wish to receive the parcel, you may refuse delivery at the time of arrival. Once the package is returned to our warehouse, shipping and return charges will be deducted from your refund.

8. Returns & Exchanges
